A bespoke development of seven homes on St Cross Road, Winchester, where GoulPar delivered a £400,000 labour and materials brickwork package for Alfred Homes. The work combined natural knapped flint and Flemish bond with protruding feature bands, large radius walls and stone details, on homes with an average value of £1–2m.
